The Crew Cab has a bed that measures 5 feet. All other cab styles have a bed that measures 6 feet. There are also 2 options for engines of the GMC Canyon. You can either have a 4 valve engine with a capacity of 2.9 liters of gasoline, with an output of 185 horsepower and a torque of 195 lb-ft.

Or, you can have a 5 valve engine with a capacity of 3.7 liters, having an output of 242 horsepower and a torque of 242 lb-ft. Manual transmission has 5 speeds while automatic transmission has only 4. The GMC Canyon can be driven using a 2 wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive as well.
