The Nissan Titan King Cab rides on Titan's name as the choice truck for work and recreation, especially with the introduction of a new Long Wheel Base (LWB) variant and PRO-4X model. The Titan is sold in four models, two body styles with three trim levels per, two drive modes, four bed lengths, and the FFV (Flexible Fuel Vehicle) capability that enables the engine to use the ethanol blend. Fuel ratings are 12 city and 17 highway miles per gallon consumption, but users have claimed as much as 16.8 for city driving.

The King Cab is designed mostly for cargo, with a long cargo bed and smaller cab.
